Question: Why are our prices 20-70% more competitive than so called established players?

Answer:
1) We are Direct Service Providers

When contacting us, you're communicating directly with Joseph, an experienced balloon sculpting artist who is active in the local party scene, planning & directly servicing half a dozen to more than a dozen parties/events weekly. There are no party planning commission included in our fees.

In contrast, other Events Company employ third party event planners, hidden behind the veil of their phone. Hence, the quoted rates for our services come without any high hidden "Event Planner" commission fees which makes us extremely price competitive.

2) We are Suppliers to Event Companies

External Events Companies do also regularly outsource / sub-contract their existing clients' fringe activity services requests to us to execute. Hence, you are essentially getting our same talents, but paying a steep commission premium to these third party Event Company Event Planners.

If paying this premium to a Big Brand Name Events Company gives you the peace of mind, then maybe the extra cost is worth it to you. But you can simply skip this unneccessary cost by enquiring with us directly instead.

3) No unneccessary overheads, cost savings goes directly to you

We don't have unneccessary fixed office rental expenses too, and we work/communicate on the cloud with our network of curated artists specialising in different services, so you're not paying the unneccessary overheads of a Third Party Event Company/Planner.

Therefore, when making a booking with us, you're getting high calibre experienced artists for a fraction of the price other Event Companies charge.

Question: How are your artist quality like?

Answer:
1) Only stringently vetted Experienced Artists on our Team

When engaging us, you're either working directly with our in-house talent or our partner freelancers. When it comes to partner freelancers we vet them stringently. Before deciding to partner up with any artists, we observe each Artist's work and their friendly interactions with guests, when we're alongside these artists servicing clients at various events. Our artists/partners all have at least 5 years to a decade over of experience and above.

2) We secure the best talent's availability before agreeing to take on an engagement

It's our commitment to quality and we would rather not take on an engagement if our own skilled talents or stringently vetted partner talents are fully booked up. This is unlike most Event Companies who would send any artist, even if they are sub-par, as long as they can fulfill the bare minimum client engagements. 

(Even though you're paying premium rates to some other Event Companies, you'll still get for example, a below average balloon sculptor who silently sculpts 1 colored balloon swords with little to no interactions with your guests and who provides limited options like flower, dog, swords or guns. That will never happen if you engage us, because we love what we do and we care about our art while prioritizing the engagement with your guests which fulfils our mission of bringing smiles =) to all our guests!)

3) Transparency is our commitment, ask for our Art before confirming

When communicating with us, you would notice that unlike some Event Companies who prioritize locking you in as their clients before filling up the artist spot later, we prioritize checking on the availability of our best available artist talents and would first ensure that the artist is available even before accepting the event request.

You'll also see that we are fully transparent about the talent you will be booking and we will provide you with the artist's name too when confirming the event details with you before requesting for the deposit. Do also feel free to ask for our past artworks from the artist you're about to book, to vet our artist's quality before confirming a booking with us!

It is also strongly against our principles to send any generic artwork just to secure the event, and all photos we sent out are artwork from that exact in-house talent(s) or freelancer partner(s) that you are about to book.

Question: How are your in-house or freelance artist partners paid

Answer:
1) We want to change the Events Industry's Poor Track Record

Fun fact ( or ugly truth ), the industry norm for Event Companies is to payout only 50% to the artist and keep 50% as commission for organising the event, while other unethical companies (not to name names) profit up to 70-90% of the fee they collect from clients. They then turnaround to hire fresh student talents or cheaper sub-par artists to fulfill client bookings and only pay these fresh student or sub-par artists 10-30% of the final amount they have charged the client while pocketing the rest, which is absolutely unacceptable.

2) Fair Compensation for all Artists

As freelancers ourselves, we've come to dislike this trend and this is also why we've banded together to create this direct to consumer service so that our artists and partners can receive ~70-90% of the service fee you have paid depending on how many fringe activites you've booked with us at one go. The remainder will be used for Sales & Marketing expenses to ensure that we can continue to have a constant stream of new customers, and all parties benefit from this virtuous cycle.

This not only allows our customers to benefit from the most competitive prices, most importantly, it also allows our artists talents too to be rightfully and fairly paid. A good number of skillful artist leave the industry each year because of poor compensation. By engaging us, you incentivising good Artist talents to stay within the industry so that your fellow mommies and daddies can still have access to our best talents in our industry years to come, with your support of our fair compensation system.

3) Longer bookings for our Artists

Maintain competitive prices is extremely important to us, as it allows for clients like yourself with any leftover budget to book our services for longer durations. Instead of having 50% or more of your budget go towards Event Company Commisions, you can now book our services for longer durations and your child(ren) and your guests get to enjoy more of our fun filled services, while our in-house artist and freelancer partners get paid more for longer bookings which allows them to sustain a proper lifestyle. With longer bookings, majority of your booking fees will go towards the artist instead of having majority of your budget going towards other Event Company's Commissions.

To give you a better context, you can actually book our artist for 3 hours, and that same fee will only gets you 2 hours or less of the same services with Big Brand Name Event Companies who ultimately sub-contract the service execution to us. Big Name Events company get to keep a fat commission, Artists like us get paid 50% of the amount (instead of ~70-90% if only you had just made the booking with us).

Moreover the artist will gets less working hours and overall be paid less. And you as the end consumer get to enjoy only 2/3 of the same services you could have gotten for the same direct prices you would have paid, if you had made the booking with us instead.
